Went to Agua Verde today with Ellen, from which we paddled through the Cut to the Arboretum. We had a bit of trouble with the rudder when we tried to paddle backward through the mud, but got ourselves turned around, saw some wood ducks, among others, then came home and started doodling with the HTML to show all of you!

Happy now? :-D

Inaugural Entry(auspicious, or to be excised with an auger?)

I suppose I'm doing this to explore the tantalizing array of options Google is giving us to digitalize our lives (while I, you, we, and maybe some others turn the other cheek, about what they and other companies may or may not be doing in parts of the world we don't scrutinize daily).

I also suppose I'm doing this because MySpace looks sort of childish, by comparison. And coughs. And hiccups. And tells you, "You can't do that without logging in!", when you're trying to log in.

Lastly, I suppose I'm doing this because my first, convoluted, unconcise sentence allowed me to use three "-ize" verbs, and that's fun. No, I don't spell 'em "-ise", but that ain't wrong, either. Just a different dialect.

And thereby, the teacher rears his (insert adjective here) head. And also thereby, I find I have nothing else of consequence (as if what I've said so far was of consequence) to say for the moment.
